I'll be candid. The parish is not in a position to furnish a consultant at this time. That could run from $20,000 to $40,000. Leo Lucchesi will attend meetings and give technical assistance. We'll take it on a case by case basis to see if a consultant is needed.

I'll have to work with the parish council to see if they want to give you some of this.
