I think David lost a little being out of competition for four weeks. I hope he's able to bounce back from it. I hope he turns it around by districts because he was coming on strong before the break.
flipped guy pinned sudden top within
I was disappointed with that. We're on top of the guy and then all of a sudden we flipped to our back and we're pinned within seconds. I don't know how that happened.
expected josh quite shots wrestling
Josh wasn't quite there at 130. He was wrestling OK, but his shots weren't quite there. He wasn't wrestling like I expected him to wrestle.
caught expected giving knew luke round third weight
Luke was going up a weight and I knew he'd be giving up some muscle. I expected him to do what he did for two-thirds of the match, which is to keep it close. In the third round he just got caught and that was the end of him.
gets happened tom won
Tom should have won that match. He was 14-5 and gets pinned. I don't know what happened there, either.
both brian came jack looked pins strong
Both Brian and Jack looked really great. They came out strong and both got big pins for us.
backs fight score time
It wasn't what I was expecting. We were a little off and at the same time we didn't fight off our backs well enough and the score showed it.
continues districts force hope impressive reckoned status
Dustin's impressive to watch. I hope he maintains that status and continues to districts with it, because he is a force to be reckoned with.
bulldog catching daniel ended guy hanging kid looking match tough
Daniel was doing well for a while, hanging in there with a tough kid, but I don't think he was catching on that the kid was looking to catch him in throws, bulldogs, heads-and-arms. The guy ended up getting a bulldog on him and the match was over.
both bracket draw face good hopefully kids meet third tough
I'm disappointed that the bracket was redrawn. We had a good draw then we had to face two tough kids right off the bat. They're both still in it and hopefully can meet for third place.
expected matches nice team
It was nice to get a team win. It was fun. Most of the matches went the way I expected them to.
