Victor Hanna Batarseh (Arabic: فيكتور بطارسة, born 1935) was the mayor of Bethlehem in the West Bank, from 2005 until 2012.[1][2] He was replaced by Vera Baboun. (wikipedia)
Our message is that tourists are still welcome. This is a peaceful city and there is no reason they should not come.
We demand the Israelis give Bethlehem freedom. If they won't do it then we won't have peace this Christmas.
We need them to come here and break these walls by coming into Bethlehem, breaking them not physically but psychologically.
