As an organization, we work very diligently at creating the best environment in our service area for our patients, our medical staff and our employees so when a physician moves his practice, it is at risk of reducing their patient load or the quality of care provided to the patient. We endeavor to work closely with our medical staff by providing data or resources necessary to develop positive outcomes for all. My personal desire is always to provide physicians with whatever product they need to practice but in return, we ask for their support in dealing with vendors in such a way that not only allows the physician a choice of product but also afford us a fair return on investment.
