I think, number one, it has to be funny, ... We genuinely like and respect each other for what we cumulatively bring to the party. I think ultimately it boils down to the chemistry of the people involved.
Some people come in and really freak. There's movement everywhere, even a dancing housekeeper!

I tend to pick on the people I'm closest with because I know they know it's not personal.
When I had people scratchin' my shorts a bit, it played better. We lost a bit of that in all the personnel changes and it's an element we need to get back.
