The most important customer for BA is the business customer, the premium customer, and what they are looking for is reliability. If they start to believe they can't get that at BA, that is a major worry.
It's going to be a difficult time. He (Levy) will be looking to cut costs and... the quickest ways to do that is to cut jobs... but he has got a big business to try and turn around in a very difficult economic environment.
It's been such a good performance but there looks like an element of profit taking with a lack of new momentum. We are looking for something else to push us forward.
