Most people know who's billing them so they know who to call in an emergency. We feel privileged to serve the people we do and we want to please them.
It could be a very bad situation. To this point we have not experienced any extremely bad fires. We have been very fortunate. We have a burning ban in 54 counties and we hope people are observing those.
You can imagine that people at a help desk or customer support center are much more efficient by having immediate access through a search engine and knowledge data base software to access quick answers to questions.
People need to be very careful. If a fire started, it would burn quickly, especially if you have wind behind it. We don't want them to set a fire when it is windy or low humidity.
