My best attribute is that I handle pressure very well. My job is to see how good I can get this team to be. It's kind of like me going to your work for an hour and watching what you do and then telling you how to do your job. My staff and I work 80 hours a week, and just because you think we should do this or that what kind of leader would I be?' I let the people know.
