We're aware Florida hasn't made it out of the first weekend in a few years, but we're also aware this is a new year. This year is not determined by what happened last year. We've got a different-looking team than we've had in the past. We've got a chance to make a run this year.

It's kind of surprising with where we started out. I don't know if anyone would have guessed at this point in the year that we'd be ranked No. 2 in the country.

Road trips are pretty much the same. Coach keeps a tight rein on us. We never leave the hotel. Every game this whole year we've prepared for the same way as we have these tournament games. We watch film on every team, watch film at every meal and have a shoot-around. Coach does a good job. That's probably why he does it early on.

They've been doing it the entire year. I think just now it's kind of out in the open. They've both made strides. I think as the year has gone on, they've gotten better and better and I think you're seeing the skill they really have.
