There were so many needs that needed to be met in an expedited fashion, ... The Red Cross was running a very good operation at the center, and the volunteers at the church were running a very organized operation there. But people were just running from one task to the next, trying to meet the need that was most critical at that moment.

We probably don't need to acquire as much additional land as we're disposing of and we have a lot of other needs in terms of managing the lands we do have. It's nice to be able to find a revenue stream that will help meet some of the other discretionary programs.
