On the morning of March 2, a terrorist attack was committed not far from the U.S. Consulate General in Karachi. Two car bombs were set off, killing and injuring a number of people. There are no Russian citizens among the casualties.
We are far from claiming a monopolist role in the post-Soviet space. At the same time, we feel sure that enforcing models of development from outside won't lead to any good. We have seen examples of that in the post-Soviet space, in the Middle East and in Africa.
