Today, I think I felt a lot better. It was a good result for me, and it was good for the team.
My neck and my back felt better today. Last time out, I didn't (allow any) runs, but I wasn't healthy.
I started warming up today really early. When I went to the mound, I felt good. I was able to move my ball around very good today. I was trying for outs, not strikeouts.
