I am a big proponent of water. We do water while we exercise at all points in time. During any competition or while we are on the practice field, we supply water in copious amounts.
Not playing with Jon McLaughlin made a huge difference. We found out, even without the state's leading rusher, that we can continue to play at a high level. We found out in those two games that we do have other kids that can step up and be playmakers whenever possible.
