Music really gets me going, so I've always got to make sure I have my iPod to give me energy to work out.
I need to put the right things in my body before and after I work out, so I end every workout with some sort of protein shake to help me get the most out of my training.
I need to have proper equipment when I work out, and the Nike Frees are light, comfortable, and great for training. I also usually bring a short-sleeve or long-sleeve compression shirt and a pair of shorts.
