Apart from the injury we've got with Josh, I'm not really going to make any changes. We must focus on beating Italy because everything will be wasted if we don't put another big performance in. Rome is a tough place to go and Italy are always hard to play against.
I congratulate Iain in returning to the starting line up this week. He is playing well for Tykes and put in an impressive performance for England A.
I support the new structure and I think it is the best way forward for England. I was as disappointed as anyone with our Six Nations performance and I am confident that these changes will help us move on.
Our kicking strategy is also a collective thing. There are a number of individuals that can perform that role.
We were awful. We performed poorly in all aspects of the game. It was all about silencing the crowd. But we either kicked poorly or knocked the ball on.
Julian has performed well off the bench in the last two games. He has performed well for Leicester over the last month. He has improved. He has worked hard on his mobility. It is the same with Andrew Sheridan, they are working together.
For the preparation for the England side competing against the best it's important we give the players every opportunity to perform at their best. With the system we've got that isn't possible and that's a disappointment for me.
