I can relate to him (Saunders), we have similar values, backgrounds, ... These kids want to win, ... You come out and put all the work into it that they do - and you're right, conference championships are probably gone and playoffs are probably gone - but you can still win. You can still win your last three games and have a positive feeling about yourself. There's lots of things that can still be positive.
