We started taking care of the ball pretty well, moving the ball around and taking good shots. Something just clicked. We started hitting on all cylinders. It felt pretty good.

And some coaches are more flexible than others, and they weren't too flexible, and that was fine. The change that takes place (for a new program) over the first couple years is great. And after that, hopefully you'll have your good traditions set in place.

You look at Rob, he's fast. He's very athletic. Probably more athletic than 95 percent of the quarterbacks in the league. But does that win you games all by itself? No. I think you have to have the whole package. Mobility alone is not the key thing in this offense. What's important is knowing where everybody is, getting rid of the ball quickly, making good decisions and completing a high percentage of your passes.

It's been a good story, but it's not over. It has the potential to be a really great story.
