I think the process is equitable. It's certainly not perfect. And management would be wise to be more inclusive in their perspective. But Marvin has been enriched by the fact that he has gotten to go through the process. I have no doubt in my mind that someone's going to wisely make him a head coach.

We'll have to wait and see what the actual circumstances are, we've got to let the process work itself out. I kind of get tired of having to say that all the time. We're not going to prejudge. He didn't violate any team rules because he was on his own.

I'm going to have to bite my tongue on this one. We'll continue to deal with the process that he has to deal with. It seems to be ever-changing at times.

I have no doubt that Chester can be an every-down back. That is not part of my thought process right now.
