We've been trying to emphasize teamwork, and it came out fine today.

Our goal was to have four runners finish among the top seven. We did exactly that. We ran together well as a group.

We had more depth this season. And our whole team has improved considerably since the season started.

We've had just about everyone but three girls fighting some injury sometime this season. We've had a lot of people step up in games for us this year, though.

We wanted to come out with intensity to start. We did a good job spreading the ball around. If we can continue to move the ball like that, we can continue to be successful.

I'm just happy that we're all reasonably healthy now. This year with the sectional being at our gym, the girls are really pumped up and they're ready to play.
