We review the anti-doping protocols with our N.G.B.'s and we expect every N.G.B. to strictly comply with these protocols. We have made the leadership of the U.S. Bobsled and Skeleton Federation acutely aware of our concern over how this matter was handled.

The replacement provisions are injury, illness and exceptional circumstance. It's really in the hands of the organizing committee and international federation to determine whether or not they'll accept the replacement petition.
