Tim is very smart. He understands the game and has a good arm. He does a lot of the things I like to do offensively. How good is he going to be? I don't know. We'll have to coach him up and find out.
Al is a great technician of secondary play. He is as good as there is at coaching cornerbacks. He was with me for two years at Oregon State and then at the San Francisco 49ers. He understands what it takes to be successful in the secondary. On top of that, he is a great recruiter.
I thought we did some pretty good things ... execution-wise. The offense is new, but they executed pretty well. Defensively we did some good things, but we've got a long way to go.
