She's the setter for the JV team and then we ask her to come up and take on an entirely different roll in a varsity tournament. She did a nice job all day.

We'll have to make a few adjustments on defense. Lindsay Heiden (an Ida graduate) has been coming in so our girls can practice going against a 6-2 middle blocker.

In practice, we're not even letting her hit or jump. She just works in the back row. I'll probably have her sit out Thursday's game.

It helps to have five girls to set to, but she plays good defense and makes good decisions.
