We have done our homework and the kids that we are bringing in are the kids that we want. Early in life when you are playing this building game you aren't concerned about the ones you don't get. You have to make sure the ones that you get are the ones that you want.

There are two kinds. The ones that have no clue, and those that are willing to work harder than scholarship athletes, and those are the ones that become very important to the team.
