That concept didn't quite work out well and the district subsequently put in temporary walls to create individual classrooms. That made it nearly impossible for one class to exit their classroom without disrupting another. It was not a good learning environment.
At first, teachers were concerned that classrooms would be smaller, but that's not going to be the case. Our typical elementary classroom is about 900 square feet, and these rooms will be larger than that. They will be some of the largest in the district.
