We spend more in health care than any other nation, amazingly enough, and yet we're not providing service to almost 45 million people and a lot of other people are underinsured, ... And we're obviously not being efficient. So we're not spending the money wisely.
This is a typical turnout for an off-year election. But there is a warm, fuzzy feeling about coming out of the polls with the sticker on your lapel and I think a lot of people are going to miss that,
