We have been trying as a company to raise awareness among our customers about the importance of this issue.
There was some type of a glitch at that point. We're not sure what happened. We act immediately when it is an emergency.
It's just unfortunate that something went wrong in this case. We're trying to find out what happened so it doesn't happen again. Sprint is very concerned, and we certainly apologize to the family.
If proper procedure is followed, Sprint acts very quickly.
