I give Marquette credit, they made some big shots. But our guys fought. We're one or two plays from coming away with a win, but that's the way it's going to be. We have to continue to grow.
(It has been) 15 games since then. That makes a difference. Our guys believe in themselves. They know that the team that went out there against Duke wasn't us.
That's the kind of guy that Stan goes a great job guarding. Until Stan comes back, our guys have to take up the slack. We've got to play better defense from beginning to end.
What can I say? Our guys rose to the occasion. They stepped to the task.
That's just growing pains for us. We have to sustain that confidence and that aggressiveness the whole game. I couldn't ask for our guys to come out more ready to play. I think we grew up some, especially in the first half. I just want us to be able sustain it for two halves.
I know when our guys are focused. One of the things is not putting too much pressure on yourself about having to play a perfect game. Go out there and let it hang loose. I know our guys will be ready to do that, without a doubt.
