H&R Block is a company that has been advertising itself quite consistently as being in your corner. I think it is fair to say that they have not been in your corner but have been putting customers in the corner instead.

The real fact of the matter is that nobody reads ads. People read what interest them, and sometimes it's an ad.

Just as there is an established right to truth in advertising, there should be a similar right to truth in programming where advertising is concerned.

Jeanine understands that grassroots is going to be extremely important in this campaign and wanted someone with experience and skills in organizing and running that type of campaign. Television advertising is not going to win this campaign.
