When it comes down to it, a rule is a rule. I messed up. But, in a way I'm kind of glad it's all over. There is a sense of closure. We can move on.
This (win) probably decided the league. I was expecting them to score 24 and we'd be around 30, but I wasn't expecting this.
That was where the match swung. We just got on a roll after that. Nobody was going to stop us.
That was one of our goals. We focus on one goal at a time, one meet at a time.
Most of our squad is juniors. We're looking forward to going back there next year.

We thought this tournament would be a lot tougher. We probably should have stayed local, teams are a little tougher around here.
The kids are resilient. They're moving on. They're handling it better than the adults. They're exhibiting a level of maturity that makes me proud.
The competition level jumps ten fold. Not only are you wrestling a quality opponent, you have the formula (used to fill out the bracket) and you have to battle the demons inside yourself. You have to overcome a lot of pressure.
