She sat there with that Cheshire cat grin on her face as if they had me.
She read me case and law saying a juror can be dismissed for not deliberating in good faith. When she read that to me, my jaw dropped.
I don't feel that the jurors were fair and impartial when you go in to deliberations saying things like, 'If the rest of his cronies are guilty and they can go to jail why can't he?' I mean, things like that were said.
Most of the jurors were only looking at the evidence that the prosecution gave. But I went over to look at the evidence that the defense presented. I was told don't do that. Just look at the evidence over here.
They wanted me off -- jurors themselves were trying to get people kicked off.
That's all I can do is wonder. Why did they do that?
If I'd stayed on, we would have been hung on some of the counts.
