When we go out and do a job, we know how to make it all work.
We talked a little bit about using our team speed, and we get walks and end up on second base and have a nice cushion there. We took advantage of the chances we had.
I was a little worried after the first inning when we scored two runs, but we left a runner on third with no outs, and they came back to tie it up. I thought our kids, especially Anderson, really settled down and gave a chance to get it back with the bats later on.
Twenty years ago, I didn't have a passion to do lighting. I started on stage, worked my way around and landed in lighting.
We could've won it after either slam, simply by saying (Teague) couldn't continue. But that's not the way we want to do things.
It wasn't pretty and it was a little bit scrappy. I thought we tried to play good football but took one pass too many at times. Overall, though, I'm delighted with the result.
