I think this is a well-deserved honor for Janae. She came in and played at a high level. She was very instrumental in our improvement. She's a very versatile player who contributes in many ways.

We're waiting to see a report from the state that will show us the risks. That may drive some of the decision making. I would like to do both and think there is an opportunity to do that, but there still are concerns from Rimini residents of operation and maintenance costs (of the community septic system).

It shows that we have an interest in them and that helps them to maintain interest in us, which makes for a good mesh.

I have tried to be patient, but at this point in time we've waited long enough and it's important to get the yards and the road cleaned up. I believe if push came to shove, I could waive the (county) requirements I don't want to do it. That's why we'll wait a couple months to see what the costs would be.
