When it came down to it, we executed our offense. We got good shots from basically everybody.
We looked at the scoreboard and saw (WSU) had 30 something points. We had to pick up our defense. We switched things around and it started working for us.
It felt good to beat a team that's dominated our league. We're trying to show our identity, to make a statement in the Big Ten.
We had a tough loss a couple of weeks ago (to No. 3 LSU), so it's nice to bounce back and show what we can do.
All of us on the bench were kind of telling each other that we needed to contest shots and get back on defense. I just wanted to come into the game and put more pressure on the ball.
