If we'd have been sitting in he office, we'd have never known that they went down. I'm just glad we were working where we were.

We could never have done it. Two of them were in the water when we got there and one was on top of the ice.
It's kind of an enter at your own risk deal. The ice, it's like a living thing, it's always changing. You just never know if there's an underground spring, jetty, brush pile...they all absorb the heat so the (ice) melts faster.
