We're just a completely different team than at the beginning of the year, and far more mature.
We had chances, but didn't capitalize. (Cathedral) needed three points to get in; so they played well. They certainly weren't playing for the tie.
Any person with a little math sense can make up their mind as to how big this was. You look at the opponents we have left and the schedule we have left and you can figure out that obviously with a minute and a half left, we needed a goal.
It was a real good, genuine team effort. It was a real statement game for our kids and the pride they have in our program.
I know if Mike gets the opportunity to get in close on the goalie, then he has the ability to knock the water bottle off the top of the net. Tonight he had a great snap shot, he just beat the kid. It was a beautiful goal.
All I know is these kids stayed with it -- they didn't throw in the towel.
