My understanding is that the deal is not going to close today.

I did not see that in the report.

It certainly wouldn't be in their interests to do anything that would hurt the U.S. market in which they're already heavily invested.

It is something we watch closely but it is not anything of pressing concern.

Although they had announced March 2 as the closing date, I think -- not only in response to us and the courts, but frankly, because they've been listening closer to the Congress -- I think that deal will not close until tomorrow or Monday.

I'm really concerned about the deficit. It's much too large and it has to become smaller.
