I work to improve their skills and see that they have fun. And I think the girls had fun this season.

Our ultimate goal is to create something that is self-sustaining. The best option is to give this money back to the community, but we want to make sure it stays around.

Sure I'd like to get them a win, but we basically started from scratch and have a lot of girls who never even played the game before. So I'm really concentrating on teaching them the basics of the game right now.

We didn't have a winning season. But I want to thank these girls for never giving up.
