It is a risk. What we're trying to do is juggle the the schedule of when we want to have the pipeline up and operating versus the time it takes to get the permits and in an ideal world we wouldn't do any of that work until the permits.
One acre of land anyway it would be several thousand dollars ... depending on the crop. Land agents will personally visit every landowner with a package of information about the project, discuss it with the landowner and follow up at a future date, likely sometime in 2006.
