We're looking for this to be a world class destination resort. We have not made a decision yet as to which casino operator will be the best anchor for the overall project.

We hope to be a destination. Our goal is to move from 1.8 days per stay to closer to 3.6, working closely with the convention center, causing a different type of experience.

We are talking to four different casino companies and three nationally recognized retail developers. We have offers from some of them. However, we have not made a decision yet as to which casino operator will be the best anchor for the overall project.
