The ability for people to get into a house along the Wasatch Front for less than $200,000 is dramatically going away. People trying to get into starter homes are really going to continue to be challenged.
People are more likely to use an application if they're comfortable with it, if it's familiar to them. Since they use Office, tying in CRM to the desktop level just makes sense.
Our model is to have a lot of people offering highly tailored solutions in local markets. A lot of the other hosting models (from competitors) have more of a model of one-flavor CRM that they think everybody ought to use, and there's not much chance to add custom extensions.
You can always make the system more complicated later. The problem won't be that the system can't handle it. What might happen is that people won't have a clear understanding of what they want to do. Wait 30 days or so and get some feedback so you can evolve over time.
