What stood out for me, and I think for everybody, was the fuel expense. It was expected to be higher but was much higher than I was looking for. The second thing that was unusually high in my opinion was sales and marketing expense.

They're in the right areas where they need to go.

It was a very strong quarter. It may end up being the best profitability of any airline in North America.

They've improved their operations really across the board. My sense is that it happened faster than they expected.

I don't think the expectation was that this was going to have a significant impact on the company, certainly for the first half of this year or potentially toward the latter half.
