I'm hoping this does turn it around, without a doubt. We believe that it's still very early in search, and that there's still significant room for differentiation. Prior to this, I don't think we've really gotten enough differentiation in order to win people back.
We believe people will benefit from the ability to not just view a page, but to easily act on that data in contextually relevant ways, both online in the search experience and in the applications they are using.
