Our strategy is plain and simple. We're trying to build the technical leadership to answer people's questions better, and then, hopefully, people will try it.
I'm hoping this does turn it around, without a doubt. We believe that it's still very early in search, and that there's still significant room for differentiation. Prior to this, I don't think we've really gotten enough differentiation in order to win people back.
