We're a good team with good togetherness and you surely saw where my desire is. The way I was playing is the most important thing, not all the time talking about my contract.

We needed some momentum and a game to get back some confidence. Southern Miss is a great team. To come out tonight and play well against them and beat a team like that, it was huge for us.

This was a great way for us to send our seniors out. It was a close meet and a total team effort. When it came down to it the team really supported each other whether it was in the pool or not. Everyone contributed today. This meet will definitely help prepare us for the upcoming conference championship.

We have a 6-year-old and an 86-year-old in this. It's open to anyone in the community. About half of my team will be there, but we still haven't had a great participation response to this from outsiders. I hope in the future this will become big and we can start a tradition.

The whole team really competed hard and did what they had to do to avoid giving up extra points. I thought everyone stepped up.

The team they had in the playoffs was totally different from the team we played earlier in the season. We knew that coming in.

The team showed a huge amount of character and heart out there. Maybe they wouldn't have handled it at other times.

The team really works hard, everyone does. It's a great group of kids, and having a winning record is better than going 0-16 like we did last year, so it really shows how far we've come in one year. It's important to us. Our coaching is awesome, and how we play, it's just real hard work.

Sometimes you can give your team a lift and give your team some energy when you lower your shoulder and go after that guy. But as a runner you can get yourself in trouble that way, too. Sometimes you just have to know when the journey is over.

As a captain me, Sean and Chris had been on the team since we were freshmen so we knew the role we had to play as leaders on the team. If things were down, we had to pull the rest of the team out of the troubles. Knowing we had been there for four years we were used to the practices, going to the tournament and the difference between playing against rivals.

That took a little pressure off. And I didn't expect that to be the winning goal because they're a dangerous team but it was a huge relief.

This is an OK way to end it. As far as I'm concerned, our team is the winner.

For a very long time, I didn't see an Arsenal team like that. We were brilliant defensively, but more importantly we were not scared to play.

It's the most difficult team we've had to pick as selectors. Across the board we have guys who are playing outstanding rugby. For example, Rico Gear scored a hat-trick against Wales and can't get in the team.

If somebody on any team is using illegal substances we want to know about it and it should be dealt with.
